i walked in filled out a application talked to the supervisor showed her my culinary arts certification as we were talking i knew i had the job. why won't they hire me in bryan texas? is it because i am certified and they have to pay me more is it because i am black! is it because they only hire mexicans? is it because they feel women are only supposed to work in food service ! i don't have a felony criminal record! bryan texas is a prosperous town the unemployment rate is low. why can't i get a job in the food service industry in bryan texas i am very professional i wear a white shirt and tie black dress shoes nicely groomed i know it's not my appearance what seems to be the problem with employers at these restaurants and food service department at school districts?...
