Well let's start as im 14 and the starting outside line backer for my high schools freshman team, and im probally going to be one one the few freshman who get put on varisty powelifting, along with track.. frankly im one one of the bigger ones in my class. Which kinda means im "buff" but for real im not really compared to what freshman used to look like at my school previous freshman classes have had guys who were huge. Any ways, my real question is, will working my body out really hard every day this upcomming off season harm me? Like hurt my body, stunt my growth, stuff like that lol. Oh yeah but here's one other question im the strongest white kid in my grade along side with this black guy and my friend bryan who's hispanic (I live in texas lol) but the thing that makes me wounder is why do they have pecks and all that stuff? Like I have big arms big upper legs big abbs , but I don't have a big chest, I used to have a really big back but football this year has made it go away ahhaa. People tell me the reson why I don't have big pecks orshoulders is because im only 14? Yet I bench the most in the freshman lockerrooom. Which is like 180. 5 times. I gained 10 pounds since june, im trying to get put on our varisty next year but if training so much to get there will hurt me im not going to do it.... Read More »
